Candidate Spotlight – Peter Hernandez for District 2

Pete “The People’s Commissioner” Hernandez has served the residents of District 2 with courage and integrity.  He has stood up to powerful developers and called out City mismanagement, so much so, that he has become a target on the City Commission.  He’s fought hard for the people of District 2 and has successfully pushed for infrastructure improvements for his community which had been neglected for years.

AFSCME supports Peter Hernandez for District 2 Commissioner because he tells it like it is and has had the workers’ back.  As a business owner in Hollywood, he knows the value of hard work and has shown his support for the employees who do their best to make Hollywood a better place.

Join us on Tuesday, October 18th @ 6:30 PM at the Union Hall to work to make sure Pete gets to continue his dedicated service to the people of Hollywood.
